It’s a thing, I guess.
This red+black+white combo is apparently speaking to me at the moment. Not only that, but I sort of have an obsession with black and white striped shirts too. I think I have seven different styles of b&w shirts. Sorta ridiculous. You will see. Gotta love old school bandanas and since chokers are so hot right now, a retro handkerchief is a fun way to style up your neck candy.
Can we talk about these booties?! Let’s just say they certainly get a lot of attention. Major bonus: they are COMFORTABLE! I thought these red hotties needed an outfit with some edge paired with a classic touch.
You’ve seen these same denims in red HERE and they are the most incredible jeans! And this clutch!?! I found it several years ago at a traveling booth in the mall. It’s made out of recycled tires and pop can tabs. Quirky but edgy. I like.
The featured painting is part of my home art collection. It was created by a talented artist and friend, Edward W. Gilmore. I loved this piece the second I saw it and now enjoy it every day! The color palette and the raw gestural brushstrokes juxtaposed with the busy spiraling drips of this painting just speak to my aesthetic.
I hope you all have a lovely week! xoxo
